The OSG Newsstand accepts payments from Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
No cash, checks, money orders or any other form of payment are accepted.
Please note that the shipping address must match the cardholder's address, if not, the credit card will
not process and the order will fail. If you want to have your product ship to a different address, place the
order with cardholder's address then email us at OSGNewsstand@outdoorsg.com
and we will update the shipping address. Orders are sent to our warehouse every Wednesday for fulfillment,
so make sure to email us prior to Wednesday afternoon if changing the shipping address.
For Domestic (US) orders, unless noted in item description,
shipping & handling costs are included product price.
Canadian Orders will have an additional $5 added to the total purchase at checkout,
to cover shipping and handling charges.
At this time, only US Domestic and Canadian Orders will be accepted.
International customers can purchase the digital version of most of the products offered in this store by
going to the Apple or Google app store and downloading the magazine app. Purchases can be made in the app.
Orders are batched and sent to our warehouse once a week on Tuesdays for fulfillment, unless we experience heavy volumes, in which orders may be sent to our warehouse twice a week. For example, if you purchased on a Saturday, your order will be sent the following Tuesday to our warehouse.
Our warehouse typically gets all orders received on Tuesday processed and in the mail before end of day Friday, but it may take until the following Monday for all orders to ship.
Magazines are shipped via USPS which normally takes 5 to 10 business days to deliver. USPS does not provide tracking for this type of mailing.
If you ordered a Gear Box, you will receive a tracking number sent via email after your Gear Box has shipped.
Canadian orders will take an extra week or two more than a domestic order.
If you are inquiring about something other than shipping, we will contact you within 3 business days of your message being received.
